Mohamed Talaat was born in 1987, in Cairo, Egypt. Mohamed graduated from El Kobba Military High School in 2004, joined the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University.

Mohamed received his B.Sc. with honor degree in 2008 and M.Sc. in 2015 both in Information Technology from the department of Information Technology, Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University, Egypt.

He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at Information Technology Department, Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University, Egypt.

His main research interests include : Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Digital Speech Processing.

Mohamed has published few papers in referred journals and conference proceedings. He attended international and national conferences, workshops, training, and summer courses. He speaks English, and Arabic (mother tongue).

Mohamed is a Software Architect with over 12 years of experience in the Software Industry in the payments dealing with different banks. He has a solid experience in the field of electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), mobile wallets, e-Commerce, and e-Banking technologies.

Currently, he is working in a large e-Payment solutions provider in Egypt (Fawry.com).

He has a strong development background covering a broad range of experience from software development and team leading to technical business analysis, and integrated solutions design.
