Mohamed Talaat was born in 1987, in Cairo, Egypt. Mohamed graduated from El Kobba Military High School in 2004, joined the Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University.

Mohamed received his B.Sc. with honor degree in 2008 and M.Sc. in 2015 both in Computer Engineering from the department of Information Technology, Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University, Egypt.

He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at Information Technology Department, Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo University, Egypt.

His main research interests include : Digital Speech Processing, Pattern Classification, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Mohamed has published few papers in referred journals and conference proceedings. He attended international and national conferences, workshops, training, and summer courses. He speaks English, and Arabic (mother tongue).

Mohamed is a Software Architect with over 10 years of experience in the Software Industry, including 9 years of experience in the payments dealing with different banks. He has a solid experience in the field of EBPP, eCommerce, ePayment, and eBanking technologies.

Currently, he is working in a large ePayment solutions provider in Egypt (

He has a strong development background covering a broad range of experience from software development and team leading to technical business analysis, and integrated solutions design.
